Johnson has graced the covers and pages of over 40 magazines including Elle,
Sports Illustrated, People Magazine, TV Guide, Shape, Runner's World, and
Muscle and Fitness.
She has appeared in fitness videos, infomercials, and on health and fitness shows, such as The Ab Shaper video, QVC, Fit TV, Berman & Berman, Planet muscle, and Good Morning Arizona. Gea has also been a guest on the Jay Leno Show. Johnson was a spokesperson for Weider Nutrition and Weider Publications for over 4 years appearing in Wal-Mart and Sam's Club promotions throughout the world. Gea appeared nightly on the Phoenix NBC affiliate Channel 12 as an analyst for the 2004 Summer Olympic Games and the 2006 Winter Olympic Games. Gea is available for endorsements and sponsorships in 2007-2010.
